🏐 WE'RE LOOKING FOR A COACH — Swan Valley Smash 15U Girls Volleyball

After a great season with our 15U program, our coaching staff is moving up with their athletes to coach 16U — and we're looking for the right person to step in and lead this group next club season (January–April).

This is a volunteer role, and we're not necessarily looking for someone with an elite playing background. What matters most to us is character, commitment, and a genuine interest for developing young athletes.

Our program believes in the game AND the girl. We focus on building confident, young people as much as we focus on volleyball — and we need a coach who shares that philosophy.

What the role involves:
• Leading practices (1 -2 evenings a week)
• Coaching 4 tournaments + provincial championships
• Building on a positive team culture that's already established

What's required:
• Criminal Record Check
• Child Abuse Registry Check
• Respect in Sport certification
• Volleyball Manitoba coaching courses
(We'll help guide you through these if you're new to coaching.)
