Let the fun begin! Removing stone and adding lintels for structural support on a old stone house , to make these 2 areas be a big window ,versus the 2 small windows that were there ! This being done prior to new addition being built and will be back later to install new stone on the exterior!

Got the veneer stone installed on the gables on the front of this home! Hardiboard was removed and changed the appearance of the entire front!
Full bed stone installed on the garage and cabanas area!
This will be an epic back yard once all the trades are completed!

Hardiboard is coming off these gables! ( contractor removed prior to our prep work)
And we did a felt paper install over tyvek for extra water proofing!
Also did a rain screen installation to provide condensation to be able to come out at the bottom flashing so the veneer stays on for years to come!
And than last a metal lathe installation to provide a hold for a masonry scratch coat to stick the veneer stone on to match the existing masonry!

We got this chimney rebuild done! It involved a rebuild from the roof line up! And repairs on the lower section, we removed the brick slopes and installed a indianna limestone slab! On the interior we did a whett inspection which involved the proper piping throught the wall and masonry, and installed firebrick in the stove ! Need a whett inspection done let me know!
