🧘🏽‍♀️Bring a yoga mat or towel.
🧢& whatever you may need to be comfortable moving as the sunsets at the beach.
🔥Stay for the campfire & social afterwards! Bring a lawn chair and snacks.

A feel good playful yoga class with puppies!
& Nutritious Brunch provided by Coffee Tree to follow included in ticket price.
(Donation to Saving Grace Animal Society included in ticket price).

Stay after class and brunch & socialize, play games, and interact with the puppies (maybe adopt one!!)
