Today’s Staff Spotlight is shining on Miss Sarah, RDC’s Yoga Teacher & Wellness Instructor! 🧘‍♀️💜

Sarah is passionate about helping individuals find balance, strength and connection through movement and mindfulness. Her warm and inclusive approach creates a space where people of all ages, abilities and experience levels can feel comfortable exploring their practice.

Through a blend of physical postures, breathwork and meditation, Sarah encourages self-awareness, stress reduction and overall physical and emotional wellness.

Her goal is simple — for every participant to leave class feeling grounded, empowered and refreshed. ✨

✨ STAFF SPOTLIGHT — MISS LYNSEY ✨

Today we’re shining the spotlight on RDC’s incredible ballet teacher, Miss Lynsey! 🩰💙

Miss Lynsey brings over 20 years of experience teaching, adjudicating, preparing dancers for examinations, and creating competitive choreography. Her knowledge, experience, and passion for ballet make her such an important part of the Rebound Dance Company team.

Miss Lynsey has been a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance since 2003, preparing students for both graded and vocational examinations from Pre-Primary all the way through Advanced 2. 🌟

What we appreciate most about Miss Lynsey is the dedication she brings to her dancers. She believes in developing not only beautiful ballet technique, but also discipline, confidence, strength, and a genuine love of dance.

Whether she’s working with a dancer on the foundations of ballet or helping one of our competitive dancers take their technique to the next level, Miss Lynsey brings an incredible depth of knowledge into the studio.

We are so fortunate to have her experience and passion at RDC and can’t wait for another season of learning and growing with Miss Lynsey! 💙🩰

✨ Staff Spotlight: Meet Miss Kara ✨

At Rebound Dance Company, we believe the heart of our studio is our people, and we’re so excited for you to get to know one of ours!

💙 Meet Miss Kara! 💙

Miss Kara is the smiling face leading our Recreational Program this season, and she brings a wonderful mix of experience, patience, and enthusiasm to every class she teaches.

Her dance journey began at just 4 years old and continued through graduation, where she trained in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, and Lyrical. Along the way, she discovered that while she loves dancing, her greatest passion is helping young dancers discover what they’re capable of.

From assisting classes throughout her school years to continuing her own dance training as an adult, Miss Kara understands that dance is about so much more than learning steps. It’s about building confidence, friendships, discipline, and a love of movement that lasts a lifetime.

👯‍♀️ Fun Fact: Tap is Miss Kara’s favourite style! She loves its energy, rhythm, and creativity, but she’s just as excited to inspire dancers in every class she teaches.

This season, Miss Kara is looking forward to watching each dancer grow in confidence, celebrate their accomplishments, and most importantly… have fun!
