Mike & Kim inspired me to create this routine a couple of years ago, and I’m so happy I finally got to lead it with them.

Their anniversary was also celebrated during this class, and I thought this routine was perfect because its message is so much of what Zumba means to us.

Just like soca is therapy, Zumba is ours.

A place where we can release stress, dance, sweat, and just have fun. A community where you’re met with a smile that can make the worries disappear, even if just for a little while.

I’ve read so many beautiful stories about how Zumba has inspired others, and I love that we all have different stories to share.

But one thing we all have in common, Zumba keeps us together.
