What an extraordinary performance from our athlete Trista Friedrich at the 2026 ICF Canoe Sprint Masters World Championships. 7 races, 7 gold medals. A 7 time world champion!! We couldn’t be more proud Trista Friedrich !

Today we said goodbye to Victor who came from Denmark to paddle with us for a few months! You will be very missed Victor, we can’t wait to see you again in a year!

With the rising water levels, our athletes did a skills competition, which was a mix of rowing, running, push ups, sit ups, plank, and wall sit! Great job guys.
