Pretty full teaching day for me today! First up heading to Martensville for some family yoga and kids yoga wih Little Yogis Academy Saskatoon. This acternoon I am off to teach an accessible chair yoga class at Elmwood, followed up by a private session with a new client. Ending the day with a hot yoga class at Motion Fitness in Brighton. Of course there is always the book keeping to do as well.
Fall looks like it may book up fast with Little Yogis programs.
Feeling content.

This morning myself with Little Yogis Academy Saskatoon will be sharing enrichment yoga programs with the kids at another local center in Fairhaven. This afternoon I have another lrivate session. Tomorrow yoga at Blackstrap Provincial Park. If you are available I woukd love to have you out there for either Hatha or the family yoga session at 11am. We meet at Mountain View overlooking the lake.
