Once again….

Every coach wants players who can solve problems.
But problem-solvers aren't created by constantly being told what to do.
They're created by being given the chance to think.
When children discover a solution on their own, they don't just remember it.
They understand it.
That's the difference between learning and simply following instructions.
Of course, young players need guidance.
But guidance is different from control.
A great coach doesn't remove every mistake.
A great coach creates an environment where mistakes become learning opportunities.
Because football is unpredictable.
There won't always be a coach telling players where to pass, when to press or how to escape pressure.
Sooner or later, every child is alone with the ball and a decision to make.
The coaches who leave the biggest legacy aren't the ones who gave the most instructions.
They're the ones who taught children to trust their own decisions.
After all...
The ultimate goal of coaching isn't to create players who depend on the coach.
It's to create players who no longer need one.
One question for every coach and parent:
During a training session, do your players spend more time listening to you... or thinking for themselves?
