Hi all! For whomever was going to attend the Aug 9 tournament at the Salmon Arm shorshoe club, it has been cancelled due to the smoke! We will see about getting a different date when the smoke has gone away and the fires improve. Thank you to all the folks fighting these fires.

We have some upcoming tournaments this year. I'm a little late advertising for the May tourney but here they are!

Salmon Arm Mixed Open: May 3rd, 2026 starting bright and early around 8:30AM for sign-in

Clarence and Faith Jewel Memorial Mixed: August 9th, 2026, starting bright and early around 8:30AM for sign-in

Interior, Kootenay, North Tournament: August 16, 2026, starting bright and early around 8:30AM for sign-in

Please sign up if you wish to participate by emailing our tournament coordinator @ [email protected]

You do need an "average" to participate. If you are unsure what that is, please message the club and we can explain.

Thanks to everyone who came out this year and pitched some horseshoes! The season is now over, but we will be back next year for more shenanigans in the pits. Hopefully we can see some new faces when the next season starts!

Reminder that tonight is Horseshoes at 6pm. Come on out to the Salmon Arm pits, we have folks from all around the Shuswap who come and participate! All ages welcome, young, old, and anywhere in-between.

We had a great turnout to our Salmon Arm tournament today. We had a ton of participants and some folks who just came to watch! Thank you to the kitchen staff who helped feed a ton of hungry poeple. We had amazing food which is always the case at our tournaments, as it's made by one of our members husbands Steve. We had generous sponsors, so thank you to them! Thanks to all who made today possible.

Reminder that today is our weekly horseshoe day! Today and Thursday starting at 6pm. So come on out and toss a couple! All ages are welcome, young, old, and any age in-between.

We had a successful Garage sale over the weekend! Thanks to everyone who attended to help the club and who showed up to search for their new treasure.
