Yogic Heaven Mom's & Babes yoga class will be continuing practice at Sweet Freedom Yoga Studio & Boutique this Fall!

Starting September 1st 🍂

🍂 Bring yourself and your babies for an hour of whatever you need. Babes under 5 are welcome, up to you if you want to bring the youngest, oldest, or the whole bunch!

🍂 Class is guided, however babies can be unpredictable, I offer a unique experience for all. Being able to multitask I can modify and adjust each class for exactly what you need out of it.
- May that be a moment of stillness
- Deep stretching
- Breathing exercises
- Strength and Grounding
- Or follow along with everyone else.

🍂 Even if you're running late we can make the most out of even 10 minutes. You'd be surprised just what that can do for your body and nervous system! ⏳

Beginning June 30th until August 28th Yogic Heaven will be providing classes for Moms & Babes this summer. An indoor activity that will incorporate Babe in nearly every pose. 🧘‍♀️🌸

This class is set up for postpartum moms seeking a bit of grace and time for themselves without having to worry about their babe. Toys and modifications will be offered to those with older babies, more independent babies (like mine) or those still recovering and taking it easy! 🩷

Please bring your own blanket and essentials for your little one, your own yoga mat, and water bottle.

***I will be sure to provide what I can for Babe as far as toys go, and I will have extra blankets. Please use your own discretion when it comes to germs and detergents*** ✨
