Fall residential work is some of the most in-demand of the year, and the landscaping companies that handle it efficiently are the ones with the right equipment. π
Lawn levelling, topdressing, overseeding prep, the jobs that clients want done before winter require machines that can move material quickly, evenly, and without tearing up what's already there.
Earth & Turf spreaders and topdressers are built for exactly that. Commercial grade, reliable, and available for purchase through Clean Turf Canada.

September is just weeks away and the Ontario golf season doesn't have much runway left. β³π
This is the time of year when the decisions you make about fall maintenance either set your course up well for next spring or create a longer recovery job come April.
Save this for your September planning.

Not every artificial turf surface needs a full-scale maintenance machine, but every surface still needs to be clean. πΏ
The SMG TurfSoft TS3 DC is an electric powered deep cleaner built for smaller artificial turf areas. A rotating brush lifts fibres while a vibrating sieve separates contaminants from infill, capturing dust, debris, fibre wear, and microplastics in a high-efficiency filter.
Compact, precise, and built for the surfaces that often get overlooked.

Ontario schools are making the switch from rubber to soy-based infill, and there are good reasons for it.
We wrote a full breakdown on the blog: athlete safety, heat management, carbon footprint, and the long-term cost picture.
Worth a read if you manage an artificial turf field and infill is on your radar for this fall.

When it comes to their sports facilities, there's a lot of upkeep, and unfortunately, field maintenance is often the thing that gets pushed down the list. π
The challenge: deferred maintenance on artificial turf costs significantly more to address than scheduled upkeep. Infill levels drop, fibres mat, and minor repairs become major ones.
For institutions managing multiple fields or tight facilities budgets, a scheduled maintenance program is almost always more cost-effective than reactive repairs.
We work with schools and universities across Ontario. Happy to talk through what a maintenance program could look like for your facility.

Do you know the current condition of your artificial turf field? ποΈ
GMAX testing measures the shock absorption of your surface, giving you a full picture of how your field is actually performing, not just how it looks.
For schools and universities with high daily foot traffic, we recommend testing at least once a year. It's one of the simplest ways to stay ahead of safety and maintenance issues before they become costly problems.
