That’s a wrap on 2026 Golf New Brunswick Provincials.
As a Coach of 12+ players from Hampton Golf Club, NB , 20+ players from our Golf New Brunswick Developmental Team, and one special 10 year old, I could NOT be any more proud of these kids!
Some athletes played in their first “big tournament”, learned rules, had a blast, experienced adversity and came out the other side more experienced and PROUD!
To my fellow Golf New Brunswick team, Brian Doherty Jake Ward Ryan Kingston Mark Leger Andre Savoie and Morgan Matchett thank you for being the most encouraging and supportive humans ❤️

If your drives are coming out low and short, the problem usually starts before you even swing.
A few small set up changes can make a big difference.
âś… Ball position off your lead heel, not the middle of your stance
âś… Tilt your spine slightly away from the target at address
âś… Tee the ball high enough that half the ball sits above the crown of the driver
These three things help you catch the ball on the way up, which is how you get that high, powerful ball flight.

Weeks 7 & 8 of the season 👇
Yes, I’m a mom. I’m a wife. I’m a sister. A daughter. A golfer. A teacher. A business woman…
And to be honest, I love all of those things so much.
But you know what I also love?
Coming back to myself and enjoying this game again. Even when some rounds are tough. Even when one day you feel like you can shoot under par and the next feels like someone else took over your body.
I played so much as a kid. I gave it everything I had in university. And then - I burnt out. It stopped being fun.
And years ago a round like today would have made me want to take a break. Would have defined my self worth. Would have really rattled me.
But not today.
Today, I can still say that I honestly love this game. I love its lessons, its challenges and all the people I get to share it with.
Thank you to the TDunn Callaway Golf Hampton Golf Club, NB for all of your support while playing and teaching this game that has shaped me in so many ways.
Remember, even though we want to play well every time we tee it up, your score does NOT define you. You are so much more than that.
