Join us on February 8th from 1-3pm for an afternoon of relaxation.
River Nest Yoga is teaming up with Registered Massage Therapist, Emily Martin to guide 10 people into a state of bliss.
Brianna will be guiding the class through a relaxing YIN practice, while Emily uses her magic touch to massage each guest.
The event will be hosted at the beautiful cottage. You will be overlooking the Ottawa River while practicing beside the fire.
Don’t miss this opportunity! This event has limited space and will fill up quickly.
Cost: $60 per person
Mats, props, tea and aromatherapy are all included.

Tonight’s class was a little different from all the others. Partway through child’s pose, I got a message from Devin saying, “come outside!! Northern Lights!”
I quietly told the girls, “let’s go outside”!
We all got off our yoga mats and ran outside in our bare feet. We were beyond happy to see this incredible, beautiful moment.
We barely did any yoga tonight, but man oh man, am I ever happy I got to experience this with my yoga gals. 💕

2 years ago, we took a chance and opened our business in a small community. We had no idea what to expect but we have been so grateful to find that our hearts and tea cups have been overflowing with community support and enrolment.
Today, we are officially FULL and no longer accepting new members. Our small studio has limited capacity and we want to ensure our current members have the opportunity to reserve each scheduled class.
We are beyond grateful for your ongoing support and we truly love our little community.
Thank you to everyone who has practiced with us and enjoyed a chat over a warm cup of tiger tea.
