The Queen City Ex is here Regina, and with that comes the annual Saskatchewan's Strongest Man 2026 - Queen City EX contest!

Presented by the Ex and Regina Plumbing & Heating, Classic Strongman Championship League is thrilled to be back this year with 16 of the strongest men in Sask to battle for this coveted title.

Starting Wednesday thought to Saturday, CSCL will be having a 5:30 pm daily Strongman Showcase demonstration and audience-participation at the THRILL ZONE, southwest corner of the midway. (in front of the Motorsports track - entrance by McDonalds) Come and check out the events and try your hand at a few!

Then, 3:00 pm on Sunday the 2nd, the big show. Saskatchewan's Strongest Man 2026!

Events this year include:

1. Overhead Press Medley (Logs, Axle Bars, Kegs)
2. Conan's Wheel Carry (550lb) for distance
3. Keg Toss over 15' bar - 6 kegs, fastest time
4. Farmers Walk race, 250lbs per hand
5. Atlas Stone load - 5 stones, 280-380 lbs
6. Flip and Drag -800 lb tire flips into Heavy sled drag


Last years champion is out with an injury... a NEW Saskatchewan's Strongest Man will be crowned! 16 strongmen want that title- who will it be?
