Congratulations to Helen DeMerchant for her Business Person of the Year nomination. Helen founded Paradise Salon & Spa in 2012 as a one person massage practice. With sheer determination and hard work she has grown the business what it is today.

Remember Rotary's Dazzle in Disguise event? Even though the evening was well short of a sell-out, donors and Dazzlers really came through and President Linda Turner was able today to hand over our cheque for *$5000* to Sandra Davis, Community Food Bank coordinator for Nourish Food Bank in support of their recovery from the Sprout Kitchen fire.

In case you missed it, Nourish has a new home and will be reopening soon at 138 McLean Street - follow their page for the announcement.
