Oracle for the wild spirits: Alignment, Clarity & Flow

07/20/2026

People often tell me that I have a peaceful presence, that they feel calm and at peace when they're with me.

The truth is, I don't think inner peace is something we find. I think this is something we cultivate, one choice at a time.

Every day, we choose where we place our attention, our energy, our thoughts, and our life force. Those choices shape our inner world. And our inner world shapes the way we experience life.

Cultivating inner peace and freedom is one of the most important things for me for a beautiful life. From that place, anything feels possible. Choices become infinite. Life flows. And I love living that way.

Here are some of the things I've discovered along the way that have helped me cultivate this inner state of peace... something that I continue to nurture every day.

- I got rid of my television. Television "tell-a-vision", presents a particular vision of the world, and that vision is often filled with fear, conflict, and stress. It triggers emotions like sadness, anger, fear, and helplessness, and it drains our energy by focusing our attention on things we have little or no power to change. And it's not reality: I think that there is more beautiful things that happen in the world than "painful things". But the news only present the "bad news" or the news that trigger emotions.

- I let go of the definition of success that the education system and Hollywood taught me, and I created my own. A much simpler one: health, nature, creativity.

- I became a minimalist. I got rid of the things I didn't truly need and kept only what is useful or genuinely brings me joy. It removed an incredible amount of pressure from my life.

- I stopped giving a 🦊 what people think about me. People constantly project their own beliefs and perceptions onto others (myself included). Once I realized that, I relaxed. What others think says more about them than it does about me. And what I think about others says more about me than it does about them. That shouldn't determine how we choose to live our lives.

- I try to judge others less (it's still a work in progress). Judgment often reveals something about ourselves. It usually points toward qualities or parts of ourselves that we're not yet willing to accept or express.

- I learned to love and approve of myself... my preferences, my dislikes, my uniqueness... and to live accordingly, regardless of what others could think.

- I learned to say no. I actually say no more often than I say yes. I say yes only to what genuinely sparks my joy.

- I chose to distance myself from drama, toxic relationships, and relationships that don't nourish me. Why would I give my energy to people or situations that don't inspire joy, creativity, or growth? We only have one life and it's a gift. I give myself the right to create meaningful and inspiring relationships.

- I trained my social media algorithms to support my peace and well-being. Instead of feeding myself drama and negativity, I chose to fill my feeds with ideas, beauty, creativity, nature, health, and tools that help me and others to create a life we love.

- I realized that nothing in life is inherently good or bad. The meaning we assign to our experiences shapes the way we live them. We are meaning-makers, and our thoughts profoundly influence how we experience reality. When we assign a meaning to a situation, we invite this reality into our life.

- I realized that no one knows the future. People speculate, but no one truly knows. One conversation, one decision, or one seemingly insignificant event can completely change the course of the world in 5 seconds. The future isn't fixed—it's shaped by the choices we make. And I choose to create something beautiful and harmonious.

- I stopped living from scarcity and survival. I stopped putting money above everything else and started putting health, joy, freedom, nature, and creativity first. Ironically, that's when life started to become more abundant for me.

- I learned to be deeply grateful for what I already have. I still have dreams and projects that inspire me, but my happiness no longer depends on achieving them. I can fully enjoy this moment while moving toward what's next.

- I learned to trust life. I trust that everything that happens has something to teach me and can ultimately serve my growth, even when I can't see it right away. Life is always at my service.

- I started following my intuition. It is one of the greatest gifts I've ever given myself. Once you begin listening to it, you discover that you have an incredibly sophisticated inner guidance system. Most of us simply never learned to hear it because we were programmed to obey and we were too busy listening to the noise outside instead of the wisdom within.

None of these choices happened overnight. They emerged gradually, one small step at a time, because I wanted peace and freedom. Together, they completely changed my life.

What about you? What helps you cultivate your inner peace and freedom?

If you want a Life aligned with your true self, Intuition is your best ally. It is the guidance of Spirit, your Higher Self.

Follow it and you will be led in the right direction. Don't listen to it and you will be lost in trials and errors.

Intuition is not reasonable. It asks you to listen to it with no valuable reason at first, no explanation. You just know. Your body just knows. You need to surrender to it first... And... the more you follow it, the more it becomes refined.

The more you follow it, the more you know yourself.
The more you follow it, the more you trust yourself.
The more you follow it, the more you love yourself.
The more you follow it, the more you feel secure.
The more you follow it, the more you feel free.
The more you follow it, the more you find your passions, talents and gifts.
The more you follow it, the more you feel guided in the right path.
The more you follow it, the more your life has a meaning.
The more you follow it, the more you experience synchronicities which are the signature of alignment.

If you want a life aligned with your true self, follow intuition.

If you need support in doing that and creating a great relationship with your intuition, reach out to connect.

If you feel stuck right now, it's a good thing. Your body is simply telling you that you need to direct your energy on the right things.

The role of the coach is to bring you back home to yourself.

06/15/2026

Coaching is not about transforming yourself...
It is about supporting you in being wildly yourself, by removing the conditioned parts of you that have learned to shrink in order to fit, in order to belong, in order to feel secure... But that is not true security.

True security comes from knowing yourself, love and trust in yourself, authenticity and sovereignty... not from money, following the rules, following the crowd or from the approval of the outside world.

My approach of coaching brings true security inside yourself.

I became a coach for a very selfish reason...

To support people to free themselves, to become sovereign and reclaim their own authority, so they can help me create a world where we all thrive.

As a coach, I am not saying: “Follow me forever.”

I am saying: “Spend some time with me, and you will become strong enough to stand in your own center.”

Many systems — not only coaching, but religion, politics, medicine, media, and even some spiritual communities — unconsciously create dependency.

They keep people doubting themselves so authority stays outside of them. I teach the opposite.

I support people in reconnecting with their own inner compass and regaining trust in themselves, so they become response-able, conscious, grounded, and free... capable of participating in the creation of a thriving world for everyone.

I am not a guru. I am an initiator, an activator, a catalyst.

A true guide does not collect followers. A true guide helps create more fully alive humans.

And fully alive humans create a world aligned with Life.

This is not only about personal healing.
It is about collective creation.

The world is shaped by the consciousness, courage, health, and autonomy of the people living in it.

If people are exhausted, insecure, anxious, fearful, disconnected from Nature, afraid to think for themselves, or dependent on systems for every answer, then society reflects that fragmentation.

So my coaching is not only: “How do I improve myself?”

It is: “How do we become humans capable of building a more beautiful civilization?”

That is my purpose!

And the challenge of this path is to remain grounded in reality and humility:

— To think for ourselves rather than replacing one authority with another.

— To stay open to nuance, without turning sovereignty into isolation, paranoia, or distrust of everything... or worst: control and dictatorship.

— To remember that no human sees the full truth perfectly.

— To focus on becoming more alive, sovereign, creative, connected, and deeply aligned with Life.
