⚾ SILENT AUCTION ITEM: MONTREAL EXPOS TWO-BALL AUTOGRAPHED SET ⚾

Attention Expos fans and Canadian baseball collectors! Up for bid is an incredible 2-ball autographed set featuring two of the most iconic figures in Montreal Expos history: Bill "Spaceman" Lee and Claude Raymond!

Both signed baseballs are individually housed in their own clear acrylic display cases.

⚾ Ball #1: Bill "Spaceman" Lee
Details: Autographed standard baseball with his legendary nickname inscription: "Spaceman".

The Legacy: One of the most colorful characters in baseball history! After starring as a starting pitcher for the Boston Red Sox, the eccentric southpaw spent four memorable seasons pitching for Montreal (1979–1982). Known for his famous slow "Leephus" pitch and unfiltered personality, Lee instantly became a fan favorite at Olympic Stadium. He embraced Quebec culture, loved the city, and remains one of the most passionate ambassadors for Montreal baseball.

⚾ Ball #2: Claude Raymond
Details: Autographed Official Montreal Expos Logo Ball with his iconic jersey number inscription: " #16".

The Legacy: A true hometown hero! Born in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC, "Frenchy" made history in August 1969 when he became the very first Québécois/Canadian player to put on a Montreal Expos uniform. After his playing career, Raymond spent nearly 30 years as the beloved French-language broadcast voice of the team, cementing his status as a Quebec sports legend.
