Practicing flip turns out of the water helps our swimmers slow things down and really focus on the details that matter most. This drill builds tighter flips, stronger push-offs, and cleaner streamlines while improving feet positioning, body control, balance, and core strength. It also helps create muscle memory so these movements feel natural and automatic once they’re back in the pool.
