Now, I found the system that works for me and why I am more motivated than ever to maintain and guard it with my life as a non negotiable.

It came on the heels of the worst era of my life too, so yeah.

A bougie coworking day to fill our cups in the books. 🫖 💅

Several weeks ago I was perusing Threads and this person posted this idea of upgrading your frequency essentially by going to work in luxe spaces.

I had a total lightbulb 💡 moment and thought, I need to do this every month.

I love luxe moments.

Upgrade my environment to somewhere a little dreamier than the coffee shops I frequent.

Then I thought, why not share this experience? I’m a connector after all. So I quickly sent a vibe check message to and she was immediately in and was followed by a quick ripple effect of interest.

Fast forward to yesterday and our first non official Bougie Coworking day with 7 of us at the Fairmont Château Laurier.

What felt like a cute idea certainly turned into a very cup filling day and what I’ve really observed is how much saying yes to meaningful IRL with like minded people will fuel me and my work 10x.

Likely an excuse to do this again too ✨

P.S. Also, I’m in a new phase of my experience creation journey after 20 years. I’m not selling tickets per se anymore, I’m focusing on helping others carve out their strategies and rooms. IRL is having a much needed moment to increase that sense of belonging, and I’m here for it.

Rewriting my life and business means expanding my 🪽🪽’s and it landed me in this amazing community. It’s network meets, peer group, knowledge base and all dedicated to supporting founders and entrepreneurial wellbeing.

Super happy that I was welcomed in.

These moments really remind me how important it is to expand our surface area for opportunity and to be bold in the process.

Energetically June is a time of expansion ✨

Think:

Believing in yourself and radical self acceptance
Manifestation
Knowing your mission and impact with so much certainty
Asking what is your legacy and how much are you ready to grow or even scale?

Expansion also teaches us to create a big enough container to handle it all. How are you building that vessel to meet the expansion?

One of the tricks to expansion is radical self acceptance. Infusing and integrating all the parts of ourselves. That is building the vessel. That is the nervous system breath of fresh air your system needs.

So if you are feeling a lightness and possibility, yes after winter we stretch our limbs more but there is a fiery energy that is supporting us also.
