As hockey season is under way and we start to see how much our kids have grown remember us and send their old gear over so we can keep it in use. Sports can get pricey. Even though it's hard to think about warm weather sports we are getting close to the start of those seasons. Baseball, Soccer, lacrosse, football etc. as you go through your equipment remember that when you are done with it give it a new life by passing it along. or goal is to get a many kids involved in sports. We don't want the cost of equipment prevent a kid from playing. Sports are so important for children. That is why we want to make sure every kid who wants to play is given the opportunity.

Last week we got to help a total of 6 kids get suited up for hockey. Not only did we get to help them but they brought in their equipment that doesn't fit any more. paying it forward. This is exactly what we wanted to achieve!!! Olds Elks Lodge #100 Town of Olds

Hockey season is here. kids are back on the ice and guess what. they grew!!! the Elks sports bank is here to help. we have equipment. and we are always excepting donations. bring on your stuff that doesn't fit and let's see if we can get you into some stuff that does. Sports are expensive, as a community we can make it easier on everyone.
