The 2nd competition of the NEW 2026/2027 Skate Canada: Alberta-NWT/Nunavut season is fast approaching - the 2026 Fall Invitational!

We’re especially excited about the addition of STARSkate long programs to this year’s Fall Invitational, offering STARSkate athletes another opportunity to compete with larger competition flights, earlier in the season.

Join us for CanSkate in Okotoks this fall! 🍂

Monday sessions will be held at The Okotoks Recreation Centre & Friday's at the Viking Rentals Centre in town!

We cap our groups at 8-10 participants to ensure we're offering an attentive and supportive environment that's comfortable for our little skaters. Please be aware that spaces can fill quickly ⤵

Registration opens August 13 at 7:30 p.m. MT and closes August 19 at noon MT, as space permits.

Important: Skate Canada profiles are mandatory for the 2026–2027 season. Before registering, confirm that the Skate Canada number in your Uplifter profile is correct and that your Skate Canada profile displays the correct name and club/skating school.
Registration changes must be submitted by September 1 and are subject to a $25 fee.

Wild Rose Invitational Recap 👏

We would like to extend a big congratulations to all of our skaters that competed at 1st competition of the 2026/2027 season, and a shoutout to the coaching team, parents and extended community that make this all possible for our club!

Our weekend was filled with incredibly strong competition from BC, AB | NWT | NU, SK and ON 🙏🏽

Our skaters and families brought such a fun and supportive energy to Wild Rose, alongside of new programs and new competitive elements. We couldn’t be more proud of all the little and big wins along the way! We have a solid base to build upon this Fall.
