The deep excitement I feel when I CATCH myself AHHHHHHHH it’s actually liberating!

The human brain is the human brain…gotta love it but also …. “Damn girl (with love) … get out of my way I’ve got impactful, Universe guided work to do (my souls voice)! “😂

That’s what happened to me this week.

And instead of judging myself for it, I’m actually celebrating that I caught it. Whoohoo!

Because every time we come back to our own voice, we strengthen our self-trust. ALWAYSSSSS!!!

We remember our own soul signature.
That’s why it’s called a signature, it’s unique!
Just like the signature I signed at the car repair place today! 😆

I know who I am.
I know what I want.
And I trust myself enough to act like it.

And THAT is speaking up.

That is self knowing and self concept!

This is a conversation I seem to be having more and more lately.

Maybe it’s my age and stage. Beautiful things are happening. There is joy, celebration, gratitude and so much to look forward to.

And at the very same time, there can be things happening behind the scenes that are hard. Family things. Life things. Kid things. Career things. Things we don’t necessarily share online.

You don’t need to choose one or the other.
You can hold both.
You get to experience it all.
We are spiritual beings here to have a human experience.
And sometimes that experience is hard.

But just like every other time, you made it to the other side wiser, more grateful and more aware of what matters most.

I think this is why it matters so much to have safe spaces in our lives where we can share the truth about all of it.

Where we don’t have to pretend everything is amazing , or forget that there is still so much goodness when something is hard.
