A huge congratulations to all of our Taigon Taekwondo students who worked so hard and gave their very best throughout the summer! 👏🎉

On August 29, Taigon Taekwondo Canada proudly held its 38th Gup Promotion Test.

It was an inspiring day that truly reflected the hard work, dedication, and perseverance our students have shown over the past months. Every kick, every poomsae, and every board break demonstrated how much they have grown through consistent practice and determination.

Please join us in celebrating the incredible effort, passion, and achievements of all of our students. We are so proud of each and every one of you! 🥋❤️

As summer comes to an end, we hope everyone had a wonderful and memorable break. Now it’s time to get ready for a new school year! 📚🎒

A new school year means new challenges, new goals, and new opportunities to grow. We encourage all of our students to start the school year with confidence, focus, a positive attitude, and a strong Taekwondo spirit!

Remember, just like in Taekwondo, success comes from consistency, perseverance, and never giving up. 💪

Have a fantastic Back-to-School season, and we can’t wait to see everyone back in the dojang, ready to learn, grow, and become stronger together!

☀️ Taigon Taekwondo Summer Break Notice

Taigon Families,

Thank you for your continued support throughout the first half of 2026.

Our students, instructors, and staff have worked incredibly hard over the past several months, showing dedication, perseverance, and a positive spirit in every class.

To allow our team to rest and recharge, Taigon Taekwondo will be closed for our annual Summer Break from July 27 to August 1.

🥋 Classes will resume on Tuesday, August 4.

As your family enjoys the summer holiday, we encourage everyone to stay safe by:

💧 Drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated.
🏊 Supervising children closely around water.
🚴 Wearing properly fitted helmets when riding bicycles or scooters.
🚗 Never leaving children unattended in a vehicle, even for a short time.

We hope you have a wonderful, safe, and relaxing summer vacation with your family.

Thank you for being part of the Taigon family. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the dojang on Tuesday, August 4, refreshed and ready for another exciting season of training!

On July 4, Taigon Taekwondo proudly welcomed a new group of Black Belts. Through their skill, dedication, and unwavering perseverance, they have earned the honor of wearing the black belt and continue to uphold the proud reputation of Taigon Taekwondo.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to Master ByungJoon Chung , (7th Dan Taekwondo, national referee)for taking the time to conduct today’s Black Belt promotion test. Thank you for your guidance, expertise, and support in making this special day possible.

A Black Belt is more than just a belt—it is a symbol of perseverance, discipline, and the determination to never give up.
