🥎 U13B Softball Tryouts – Registration Now Open!

Registration is now open for players interested in trying out for our U13B Softball Team for the upcoming 2027 Spring season!

Eligible Birth Years: 2014 & 2015

📅 Tryout Dates:
* September 13 at 1:00 PM
* September 15 at 5:30 PM

Players are strongly encouraged to attend both assessment dates to give the coaching staff the best opportunity to evaluate each player’s skills.

💰 No registration fee!

However, all players must register prior to attending tryouts.

Just because summer ball is winding down doesn’t mean the fun has to stop! Fall Ball Frenzy is coming to PBSA for 6 weeks of baseball & softball fun, friends and fall vibes! 🎃⚾🥎

📅 Sundays — practices & games
🕙 Earliest start time: 10:00 AM
🍁 6 weeks of Fall Ball
👥 Registration is currently on a waitlist while we make sure we have enough players AND coaches to run each level.

The schedule will depend on how many groups we’re able to form, so the sooner you register, the better! Early registrations will help us gauge interest at each age level and determine which divisions we can offer.

Huge congratulations to our U13C Peninsula Dragons on an incredible weekend in Duncan at the year-end tournament! The team showed amazing teamwork, determination, and heart today coming back and finishing on top and bringing home GOLD in the B Pool! 🥇🐉

What an incredible weekend for our U13 Peninsula Dragons! 🐉🥎

The Dragons came into Championship Sunday in 1st place and did not slow down:

🔥 Semi-Final Win: 16-7
🔥 Gold Medal Final Win vs Ladysmith: 18-8

These girls brought the bats, the energy, and the teamwork all tournament long and finished the weekend bringing home GOLD! 🏆💪

So proud of the effort, sportsmanship, and heart this team showed every single game. Huge congratulations to all the players and coaches on an amazing tournament weekend! ❤️💙

Huge day for our U13 Peninsula Dragons at the Cordova Bay tournament! 🐉🥎

The girls battled hard and came away UNDEFEATED in round robin play, winning all 3 games today! 💪👏

That puts the Dragons in 1st place heading into tomorrow’s semi-finals at 11:00 AM! 🎉

We’re so proud of the teamwork, hustle, positive energy, and determination this team showed all day long. Let’s keep it rolling tomorrow!

Shoutout to our U19B softball team for an awesome weekend at the Alberni Valley Spring Swing Tournament, finishing with a 3rd place result! 🥉

We’re kicking off the baseball and softball season in a big way and can’t wait to see everyone at the park!

👋 Team Tables & Fun
Families will find their team table to meet teammates and coaches.
Players will decorate a home plate banner!

💡 Team Name Challenge!
Players are encouraged to start thinking of fun team names ahead of time. If a team agrees on a name Saturday, they can add it to their home plate!

🤫 BIG SURPRISE at 11:00 AM!
We have something exciting planned that we’re keeping a surprise for the players — please help us keep it secret!

🎉 Parade of Teams & Ceremony
After the surprise, teams will parade onto the diamond followed by a short opening ceremony and ceremonial pitches. with a few special guests.

⚾🥎 Stick Around After!
Families are encouraged to stay, relax, and watch the games happening throughout the afternoon. The concession will remain open, making it a great day to enjoy the park, cheer on our players, and spend time together.
