Quick Proteiin Breakfast on the run sometimes means to prep the night before:
🥚 Boil water first (in tea kettle is faster)
🥚 Pour water into small pot
🥚 Genty lower each egg into boiled water with a ladle
🥚 Cook until water begins to boil hard for 5 minutes
🥚 After 5 min shut off heat, leave in hot water for 3 min 🥚 After draining hot water, run cold water on eggs to cool
🥚 When cooled, do not peel, place in airtight container
🥚 Store in fridge for up to 6 days. Or Peel as needed

High quality protein, all B Vitamin especially B12, Amino acids, Zinc and Calcium.
Eventhough a little more pricier, Organic Eggs are usually healthier due to the better chicken feed diet. Also, allowing chickens to roam freely makes them less stressful to give more nutritional benefits.

Great time to harvest rhubarb from our garden!
Easy to prep and quick to cook within 10-12 minutes😅
I used:
✅ 10 stalks of fresh Rhubarb - chopped into small chunks
✅ 2-3 apples (depending on size) chopped
✅ 1 Tblsp plant based butter
✅ 1 Tsp unrefined coconut oil
✅ 1/4 cup not from concentrate, Orange Juice with pulp
✅ 1 Tblsp Maple Syrup
✅ 1 tsp cinnamon
✅ 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Simmer for about 10-12 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold 😋
Making a sauce from Rhubarb and apples is a nutrient-dense, antioxidant-rich pairing ✅
Blending these two ingredients provides: essential vitamins like Vitamin K and Vitamin A, supports digestion, bone health, rhubarb also contains lutein for eye health and lowers inflammation .
