Newly renovated 2 bedroom two storey waterfront house on the south shore of Hay Bay. There is a large living area with a brand new kitchen and a beautiful deck looking out over the water. There is a private dock on the water that is wonderful for swimming or boating. A public boat launch is just 700m down the road if you are bringing your own boat, and there are two kayaks and a canoe available for guests.
