Our Senior Balance fitness class is back for a 4 week session beginning on Friday September 11, 2026. Sign up for all 4 weeks or on a week by week basis.

Did you know that I teach at the Gardens of Haliburton?

For for those living there, they have access to a multitude of wonderful activities for free. Including many different kinds of exercise.

The Gardens is a retirement home in the village of Haliburton. A great option if you’re ready to downsize from your own home, but you’re still looking to live independently, and have the freedom to come and go. At the Gardens, you’ll be supported by a team of staff who are friendly and knowledgable as well as be a part of a wonderful community.
