More than a decade ago, Better Body Bootcamp became so much more than workouts. It was a community. Trainees transformed their bodies, grew in confidence, and created friendships that lasted far beyond the classes themselves.
To THIS day, women still ask me: âWhen are you bringing the classes back?â WellâŠthis summer, I finally am!
This is NOT hardcore bootcamp culture. This is summer camp for women 40+ who are done feeling frustrated with the changes in their body and ready to take their power back.
No intimidation. No âgo harder or go home" mentality! Just smart, purposeful training designed to help you build lean muscle, increase strength, improve flexibility, and support your overall wellness, safely and sustainably.
And yes! Youâre going to have fun doing it.
Starting July 7th, women 40+, are invited to join me for 1 hour sessions outdoors at Parc de la Cité every Tuesday + Thursday until July 30th for an awesome gathering of fitness, great conversation and post workout relaxation.
This is all about:

â posture + movement
â breathwork + wellness
â outdoor energy + fresh air
â supportive like-minded community
Using body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells (optional), everyone including beginners are welcome. It's time for women to feel STRONG, energized, and connected again.

Being in the fitness industry for more than 25 years, I've helped a LOT of clients. I've noticed a pattern among those who are considered 'aged'...
Many didn't start lifting weights until they met me...many were eating too little protein for their needs...and most developed a fear of pushing the body. It all amounted to one major thing...a lack of strength. I realized that aging alone doesnât make you weak....something we've been told and most people believe.
What causes weakness with age is often:
Inactivity and muscle loss due to lack of resistance training and poor nutrition, especially low protein. In other words: itâs not the years but WHAT we stop doing in those years.
I've become much more in tune with what my body needs as I get older, and no amount of not being in the mood, or tiredness will get in the way of working on my strongest FUTURE self.
So let me say this again...strength isnât lost with time. Itâs lost with disuse. Get to lifting!

Remember those Costa Rica pics I posted back in January? Well⊠the retreat is officially happening â and if you were one of the women who said âkeep me postedâ â this is me doing just that.
Weâre heading to Tamarindo, Costa Rica for a week of movement, adventure, reconnection, and reset. Daily workouts for all levels, light stretching, nature walks, group outings, great food (yes, breakfast and dinnerâs included!), and time to just breathe and enjoy. You'll have plenty of 'me' time to explore Costa Rica your own way, on or off the boutique hotel property safely!
