When Abdul Ali joined McGill Olympic Club he was a jogger running with very slow cadence and and a strong heel strike landing far forward. Few years later with dedication, patience and work, he improved his 5k road time from 20min+ to 16'25 and ran 1500m track in 4min20. Here in training at Westmount track with a fast turnover and a flat foot landing more under hips.
