A dealer recently shared a story with us about a client that he’s not seeing as much of lately. But the reason is likely different than you’d suspect…

A couple of years ago, the Desert Inn and Suites in Anaheim began investing in Yamamoto washers. Over time, they’ve continued replacing their pre-existing equipment, and recently he installed the final machine.

As he was wrapping up the installation, one of the laundry operators made a comment:

“We hardly see you anymore.”

The dealer laughed and told us, “That’s because of the Yamamotos.”

With the other equipment, he was regularly back at the property for service. Unfortunately for the client, the failures were not because the other units were old, they simply couldn’t hold up.

There are a lot of ways to talk about reliability, specifications, engineering, construction, and service records.

But sometimes the best measure is simply how often the service technician DOESN'T have to show up.

Today, we received a special a selfie Fabritec International rep. Christopher Thomas , who supports, White Star Cleaners. (and many others running our equipment).

We’ve gotten to know Chris well over time, and we truly value the relationship we’ve built. We have a lot of respect for the knowledgeable chemical reps out there. Ultimately, they’re the ones who can make the real magic happen inside a wash cycle.

What makes this moment special isn’t our relationship. It’s that this excitement came from HIS independent, firsthand experience. No prompting. No sales pitch. Just genuine recognition of how Yamamoto equipment performs for he and his clients.

We talk a lot about world-class performance, durability, and ease-of-use… and we stand behind that EVERY DAY. But when someone independent like a chemical provider shares that same confidence… that’s something you can’t manufacture.
