To say thank you we wanted to change things up for this holiday season. No need to wait for a new years resolution this year. We’ve decided to get you started on working out BEFORE you start eating holiday yumminess… and for a CAUSE..

As you know, nothing is more important than giving back to the community… well we’ve got something to get us all into that Holiday spirit. We’ve teamed up with to bring you a special day full of “Bags n Buns” boxing class where you get to have a 45 minute intensive boxing workout + two mini cinnamon buns afterwards.

The best part?
All proceeds will be donated to the Aboriginal First Nation People Foster Home and The Starlight Children’s Foundation.
