Front yard cleanup!
Removed old dead sod and w**ds as well as concrete steps and pathway.
Regraded entire yard to eliminate steep slope next to sidewalk and leveled it all out for water to drain past side of house.

Removal of some concrete, replaced section with 1” rock and finished rest of yard off with new topsoil and sod.

Removal of pea gravel/ excess dirt, brought in 4” of new road crush, compacted with plate tamper and topped of with 2” of manufactured fines. Ready for artificial lawn installation!
