She had no idea that the ground was about to fall out from under her. She had no idea that losing her brother to su***de would break her heart wide open…and it’s not to destroy her, but to bring her home to herself.

If I could talk to her now, I wouldn’t warn her. I’d look into her eyes and tell her to trust the hard. Trust the unknown.

There’s a point where surrender isn’t giving up, it’s the most powerful decision you’ll ever make.

So if you’re in the thick of it, you’re not falling apart. You’re being broken open and I mean that with all my heart.

For those just finding me…a little context - after my brother Justin passed, I found I could communicate with him. It’s part of my everyday life now, and my kids grew up knowing this is just… normal for our family. 🤍

Yesterday my daughter reminded me why that matters.
And not just about spirit but about honesty.

I almost gave her the “safe” answer. The one about everyone else being healthy and happy. 😅 But she called me on it. And it reminded me that when we only speak our wishes for other people, we teach our kids to do the same…to put their own wants and needs last.

It made me realize that I haven’t truly shared my “wishes”, wants and desires with them. But moving forward, I will.

And as I finished recording this reel, you’ll see I had a visitor. ☺️

Those moments are symbols of my connection to spirit, to nature, and to oneness.

Some moments you just can’t plan. ✨

I was working out when an old memory randomly popped into my mind, and immediately I heard, “You need to share this right now…”

I truly believe our experiences are meant to be shared so we can help protect and support one another.

For a long time, I felt like I had to still be grieving in order to talk about grief. But I’m not grieving anymore. I’m happier than I’ve ever been, and I experience that joy alongside my children. 🤍 I’ve come to deep knowing that the more we express, the more we feel, and the more we connect, we remember. Love and connection doesn’t end when someone leaves this physical world….

This is the heart behind Remembering Through Connection, and it’s an honour to create this space and share it with you. If you feel called, I’d love for you to join me.

I am finally fulfilling my soul assignment.

And honestly… this feels like the beginning. I have goosebumps all over typing this because I’ve waited long enough.

For years, I’ve felt that restless feeling pulling me toward this. A knowing that wouldn’t go away. And now, I’m finally ready to listen.

Remembering Through Connection is an intimate evening created in honour of my brother, Justin, and the souls who have crossed over.

This space has been created to so we can remember, feel, open our hearts and trust what we already know deep within.
