LACFC was founded in November 2002 with the mission statement of getting the community together through the sport of soccer free of discrimination and financial strains. It was the idea of individuals who saw the need to create and use a soccer club whose main drive would be to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship through the sport of soccer. We also strive to provide a service to our community by providing a healthy outlet for children, youth, and adults, opportunities for the community to gather together, and endless hours of healthy entertainment related to the sport of soccer. We are sustained by the efforts of volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that our Club is a positive influence in the lives of our children and community in general. LACFC has teams participating in highly recognized O.S.A. (Ontario Soccer Association) sanctioned leagues such as the London & District Youth Soccer League (LDYSL), Western Ontario Soccer League (WOSL), London Canadian Futsal League (LCFL), & The Canadian Premier Futsal League (CPFL). As of 2013, LACFC began participating in the London & Area Women's Soccer League (LAWSL), Masters Middlesex Soccer League (MMSL), and at a Regional youth league level the Western Ontario Youth Soccer League (WOYSL) having had two of its teams promoted in the 2012 season.
