We are SO excited to introduce FCGC NINJA — an action-packed new program arriving this September!
FCGC Ninja combines the excitement of gymnastics, obstacle course training, martial arts and parkour into one seriously FUN program. Athletes will climb, swing, balance, jump and work their way through exciting challenges while building strength, coordination, agility, confidence and body awareness along the way.
