Couldn’t have asked for a better final day of prep🤝🏻 Lots of familiar faces, a phenomenal venue, and all the quiet moments of gratitude that come with a pro debut.

No matter what tomorrow brings, I can’t help but thank God for what’s been the best year of my life thus far✝️ A job that keeps my hands busy. Teacher’s college waiting when I get home. The love of my life by my side through it all.

Actual order of operation was;

1. Seated Ham Curl: Top set of 12
2. Leg Extension: Top set of 15
3. Pendulum Squat w/pause: Top set of 12
4. ISO Leg Press: Top set of 12/leg
5. Seated Abduction: Top set of 12

Usually I perform at least 2 top sets or a back-off set, but at this point, there’s not a whole lot of gas left in the tank. Luckily, even fumes can start a fire⛽️🔥
