Simple rhythms for strength, wellness & purpose. It is our mission to help people live in freedom! NOW!
Well Now Fitness was established because it cares about your health and well-being and desires to help you live a sustainable healthy lifestyle. It is dedicated to educating and inspiring people to transform their lives, day by day, through a holistic approach that engages the "WHOLE" person: body, mind, soul, and spirit. We are not about comparison or competition but COMPLETENESS. MOTTO: Transfor
ming your life, day by day, moment by moment. It is our belief that when you make small, everyday lifestyle changes you can improve your overall well-being. Living well is a life-long process and we "become" well each day when we embrace those small, feasible changes that move us in the right direction towards wholeness and health. "Become" is a present tense verb and means "to begin to be" or "grow to be". This is an ever-present journey. We are always becoming! The time is NOW to start becoming your best version of you!! It is never too late to begin making changes in your life. Well Now Fitness operates on four foundational pillars of wellness. These include physical fitness, mental fitness, social fitness, and spiritual fitness. The World Health Organization defines health as a "state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Good health is key to our living well and goes beyond our physical appearance. Improving one's wellness means reducing risk of disease while considering the many factors that affect the WHOLE person.
1. Physical Fitness
Regular physical activity is proven to help prevent and manage non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and several cancers. It also helps prevent hypertension, maintain healthy body weight and can improve mental health, quality of life and well-being. (World Health Organization)
However, your body needs more than movement alone. Nutrition, hydration, sleep, and rest are all necessary components of physical fitness.
2. Mental Fitness
Mental health is just as important as physical health, and it should not be neglected. This involves keeping your brain and emotional health in tip top shape. It will mean identifying, assessing and navigating through feelings that cause undue stress and anxiety. Interestingly, the more you move the body the more you help the mind. Physical activity increases the flow of oxygen to the brain. It also increases the amount of endorphins, the “feel good” chemical, in your brain. Studies have shown that engaging in vigorous physical workouts can help battle depression and promotes a more positive outlook on life. It aids in the management of stress which can cause physical and mental harm. Mental fitness also address our intellect. We are intellectual beings created with the capacity to learn and share knowledge. The more you challenge your brain the healthier it becomes! Learning is a life-long process and should continually be nourished by trying new things!
3. Social Fitness
We are social beings. We were made for relationship. Well Now Fitness values people and we are all about developing social networks. Social relationships create support systems that carry you through life’s struggles. We acknowledge that people thrive best when they are inter-dependent on each other rather being independent from each other. We are founded on the principle that we are all in this together. Everyone belongs here!! We do not compare or compete with others but cheer each other on in our journey to joy, freedom, and completeness!
4. Spiritual Fitness
We are also spiritual beings. Our physical bodies are evident, we can see and touch them. However, our souls and spirits are less distinguishable but non the less real to each one of us. The soul refers to our mind, will and desires as seen in our personal preferences, choices, and emotional responses to life's situations. Our soul is reflected in our personality. The spirit refers to that part of us that connects and communicates with God. Our spirit differs from our soul because our spirit is always pointed toward and exists exclusively for God, whereas our soul can be self-centered. The joy, comfort and peace of God's presence can only be experienced through our spirit. To deny the spirit is to live with less wholeness in your life. At Well Now Fitness spirituality is rooted in faith of God the Father, His Son, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. We operate on the premise that God has placed in each of us an innate desire to know Him. If we neglect this part of our being we will sense there is something missing in our lives and miss out on the wholeness that He longs to provide. Since He created us, He knows us best and knows what is good for us in every area of life, including health and wellness. In fact, as we integrate all parts of our lives to Him, we become complete and whole, healed and free! Then, we are able to live out His divine purposes with great joy. He has designed us each one uniquely and equips us to do whatever He calls us to do!! He brings true purpose and meaning to our lives.

As we finish the Five-Day Well Now Reset today, I'm reminded once again that wellness isn't about getting everything right. It's about returning, again and again, to the rhythms that help us care for our whole person.
Over the past month we've explored together:
🧡Sleep Well - so we can restore.
🧡Move Well - so we can live with strength.
🧡Dwell Well - by creating spaces that support healthy rhythms.
🧡 Live With Purpose - allowing those daily rhythms to shape the life we're building.
Each rhythm matters on its own. But together they become more than healthy habits. They become a way of living that is grounded, practical, and full of hope.
Whether you joined us for the Reset this week or simply followed along here on Facebook, I hope you've been encouraged to take one small step toward caring for yourself with grace instead of pressure.
This isn't the end of the journey. It's simply another beginning.
Today's practice is enough.
Tomorrow offers another opportunity to live well.

THOUGHTFUL THURSDAY
One of the things that's encouraging me this week is watching women discover that wellness doesn't begin with a complete life overhaul.
It begins with one small decision.
One healthy meal.
One walk.
One earlier bedtime.
One quiet moment with God.
As we've been walking through the Five-Day Well Now Reset together, I've been reminded that we don't need to do everything perfectly.
We simply need to keep returning to the rhythms that help us live well.
That's where lasting change begins.
Not with pressure.
But with practice.
One day at a time.

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY
Choose one rhythm to protect.

We often think our lives are shaped by our biggest decisions
But more often...
They're shaped by our smallest repeated ones.
The bedtime we keep.
The walks we take.
The meals we prepare.
The conversations we nurture.
The moments we spend with God.
None of these seem remarkable on their own.
Yet together they become the life we're living.
Today's choices don't have to be perfect.
They simply need to move you toward the life you hope to live.
Choose one daily rhythm you'd like to carry into next month.
What kind of life are your daily choices helping you build?

WEEK 4: LIVE WITH PURPOSE
Every morning is an invitation to begin again.
One of the things I love most about God's grace is that it doesn't ask us to have everything figured out.
It simply invites us to begin again.
Maybe this summer has been everything you hoped it would be.
Maybe your healthy rhythms have slipped a little.
Maybe life has simply been full.
Wherever you find yourself today, you don't have to wait until September...
or Monday...
or the "perfect time."
One small step is enough.
One healthy choice.
One quiet moment.
One gentle beginning.
Today we begin the Five-Day Well Now Reset, and I love that you are joining us as we take those small steps together.
Reflection
What is one small step you could take today to move toward the life you hope to live?

This week's rhythm has reminded me that our surroundings quietly shape our days.
This week we've been exploring Dwell Well.
It's probably one of the quieter parts of the Live Well Circle.
But that doesn't make it less important.
The spaces around us influence more than we often realize.
They can encourage us to move.
Invite us to rest.
Reduce stress.
Help us remember what's most important.
Dwell Well isn't about decorating.
It's about creating an environment that supports the life we're hoping to live.
When our surroundings reflect our values, healthy choices often become a little easier.
And that's good news.
Because wellness isn't built through perfect days.
It's built through ordinary moments that gently point us in the right direction.
Next week we'll begin pulling these rhythms together as we explore the deeper purpose behind them and prepare for something special that's just around the corner.
Until then...take a look around.
Your environment may be teaching you more than you realize.

THOUGHTFUL THURSDAY
Is your environment quietly helping you... or quietly working against you?
It's an interesting question, isn't it?
Most of us spend a lot of time trying to change ourselves.
But we spend very little time thinking about the spaces that influence us every day.
Take a quiet look around today.
Are the things that support your well-being easy to reach?
Or are they hidden behind everything else?
This isn't about perfection.
Or having a beautifully organized home.
It's simply about creating an environment that reflects the kind of life you're hoping to live.
Sometimes one small adjustment is all it takes to make tomorrow's healthy choice feel a little more natural.
