📣A Few Helpful Reminders Before You Visit

When pre-booking a spot for a group fitness class or arena activity, please keep the following in mind:

✅ Pre-booked spots are held for 5 minutes after the activity starts. After that time, your spot may be released to another participant.

✅ During Adult Arena Activities (Shinny and Stick & Puck), children are not permitted on the players' benches or in dressing rooms.

✅ Children over 8 years of age may use the viewing area. Children under 8 years of age must remain within arm's reach of a responsible person aged 14 or older who is not participating on the ice.

These guidelines help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

If you're heading into Grade 8 or 9 for the 2026/2027 school year and live or attend school in the City of Leduc or Leduc County, you could be eligible for a FREE Active 8's & 9's Membership!

Make sure you're set up for success by following these quick steps:

✅ 1. Activate your account
Call Guest Services at 780-980-7120 or log in to https://live.leduc.ca/Leduc/public.

✅ 2. Check your password
Try logging in ahead of time to make sure you remember it!

✅ 3. Add your family members
Make sure all your children (and anyone registering) are listed on your account. Double-check your email is up to date too.

✅ 4. Did you do your Live.Leduc.ca search, choose your preferred course, write down the course ID?

📢 Guest Services Hours Update | Aug 24 - Sept 8

During the Indoor Pool's annual maintenance and deep cleaning, West Guest Services hours will be adjusted.

Monday to Friday: Noon - 8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Outside of these hours, please visit Guest Services on the East side of the building by the Dairy Queen.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we complete this important maintenance work.
