Growth happens when athletes are willing to be uncomfortable.
Week 7 was all about stepping outside comfort zones—trying new things, asking questions, making mistakes, and learning how to adjust.
We watched these athletes push themselves, and raise the standard for those around them, both on the court and in the weight room. That willingness to be challenged is what turns potential into progress.
It’s crazy to think we only have one week of our off-season training left. Let’s finish strong!

Another great week in the gym!
Our athletes trained hard, took on new challenges, and made noticeable progress.
As August ends, many of our graduating athletes will begin joining their new university teams, while our younger athletes continue working toward their own goals.
This has always been about more than improving volleyball skills. We want to help develop strong, confident young women who set big goals and are willing to work for them.
There are so many parallels between high-performance sport and life—handling pressure, responding to setbacks, staying disciplined, working with others, and showing up when things get difficult.
Volleyball won’t last forever, but these lessons will serve them long after their final practice.
Swipe for a look at this week’s training and some messages that meant a lot to us.

We’re excited to congratulate Ava on her commitment to Memorial University!
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Ava through a couple different camps and programs over the years. She is a composed and consistent athlete who brings great energy and a genuine love for the game every time she steps into the gym. Beyond her own play, Ava has a way of making the players around her better through her positivity, work ethic, and team-first mindset.
Congratulations, Ava! We can’t wait to watch you continue your volleyball career with the Sea-Hawks.
