📕A snippet from my posture workout plan “Core Foundations”, my foundational training plan💪:

NEUROLOGICAL POSTURAL REPROGRAMMING

Poor posture and chronic misalignment are rarely just physical weaknesses, they are deeply
ingrained neurological habits.

Over years of repetitive movement, sitting, and slouching, the brain builds a subconscious "map" that accepts poor alignment as its default stance.

This program is designed to completely disrupt that old map. By forcing deliberate mind-muscle
connection, eliminating momentum, and introducing high-sensory structural feedback, we are
reprogramming the nervous system.

The goal of this manual is to transition the body from
conscious effort to an unconscious, habitual baseline posture that feels completely natural,
strong, and permanent.

One thing I notice with a lot of adults over 40:

they don’t actually need harder workouts…
they need better movement first.

A lot of knee pain, back tightness, shoulder discomfort, and poor balance can come from:
- weak stabilizer muscles
- poor posture
- tight/overactive muscles
- loss of mobility
- lack of movement endurance

Most people jump straight into intense exercises before fixing those foundations.

That’s actually a big part of what I focus on with my clients at CS Fitness here in Langley.

We build:
- posture
- mobility
- stability
- movement quality
- strength endurance

before progressing into heavier or more advanced training.

I also run small group circuit training classes Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-11am.

If anyone has questions about getting started safely or training as you get older, feel free to reach out.
