You don’t always get the luxury of falling apart.
Some days you show up strong.
Some days you show up barely holding it together.
Both count.
Keep moving. The weight you carry today becomes the strength you stand on tomorrow.
Show up anyway.

Truth.
“I’m fine.”
Two dangerous words we’re all guilty of saying.
“I’m fine.”
Sometimes it means I don’t want to talk about it.
Sometimes it means I don’t know how to talk about it.
Sometimes it means I’m barely holding my s**t together, but people depend on me, so I’ll keep moving.
We’ve gotten so good at saying “I’m fine” that sometimes even we believe it.
Check on your brothers.
And when someone checks on you, maybe give them something more honest than “I’m fine.”
564,000 men a year.
47,000 a month.
1,200 a day.
60 an hour.
1 every minute.
That's why men's mental health matters to me.
Because behind every statistic is a father, a brother, a son, a friend.
Some men don't need judgment.
Some men don't need another lecture.
Sometimes they just need someone to ask, "You good, brother?"
Support local. Support your friends. Support each other. Etc. etc.
Stop virtue signaling.
90% of people are one-sided consumers who don't give a s**t about practicing what they preach.
Get over it. Get out of the way.
To those of you who actually stand strong and show up — I salute you. You have my gratitude, and you'll always get the same support in return.
The rest of you?
Get fu**ed.

I thought I was building muscle.
Turns out, somewhere between the bad days, heavy sets, and showing up when I didn't want to…
I was rebuilding myself.
Still am.
