This is it! The Done-spiel. The Gone-spiel, the 11th end, The Final End, The Last End, The last Stone, Moving House, Going South, Crossing the Bridge, The End of An Era, Swept Away... Whatever you want to call it, this is THE LAST SPEIL EVER. To celebrate this massive change for Curling in Kamloops we will be doing one final bonspiel. We'll start on Friday March 28th at the McArthur Island Curling Club. On Saturday we will start again at the McArthur Island Curling and after a bit of curling it will be time to destroy the ice. I wonder what that will be like? After I'm completely satisfied that there's not more Curling happening here we shall move ourselves across the bridge to our new Curling home: The Kamloops Curling Club for a welcoming banquet and dinner. Finals will be held on Sunday March 30th at the Kamloops Curling Club. This is to be an open fun spiel so anyone can join. If you don't have a team you can register as an individual and we will find you people to play with. Don't miss out on this chance to celebrate the end to this historic club for Kamloops and the start of a bright future for curling in Kamloops!
