Celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary with our new plus one 😍

19 months of owning 2 gym locations feels a bit like this foam roller 🥴

✖️12 months completely shut down
✖️5 months with extreme restrictions
✖️2 months restriction free

But I’m trying to stay positive and I’ve been doing some reflecting. Here are some silver linings from the last 19 months:

✅Increased awareness in the importance of health and fitness
✅Gyms are proven to be needed for community and support
✅Introduced new services such as nutrition counselling which have been a hit and an important component of health
✅Expanded reach: our new virtual gym membership that has members from outside of our city and around the province... and even a couple out of province
✅Some PT clients have increased frequency of training sessions per week because they have more time and no longer commute to and from the gym
✅Clients that would normally take a break from training when they go to Florida or cottages, can now keep doing sessions online
✅Our community has proven to be stronger and more resilient than we imagined
✅Successful equipment rental service to help people with their home workouts

🙏🏼 I have so much gratitude to everyone who has supported along the way. I’m lucky to have the opportunity to thank you all and return the favour by supporting your health and fitness journeys.

The light at the end of the tunnel is brighter than ever and I can’t wait to see you soon! 👀
