💛 Wondering what water polo looks like for your athlete? 🤽‍♀️

Our Stingrays program is designed to help athletes grow their skills and confidence in the water at every age and level, with opportunities for athletes to learn, develop, compete, and most importantly, have fun in the water!

🤽‍♀️ U9
Our youngest Stingrays focus on building strong swimming skills, water safety, and introducing the fundamentals of water polo through fun, age-appropriate activities, drills, and games. A great place to start! 🌊

🤽‍♂️ U12/U14
Athletes continue building their swimming and water polo skills while developing technique, conditioning, teamwork, and game strategy through drills, skills, and lots of game play.

🤽‍♀️ 14+/Open
Athletes refine and develop more advanced water polo skills, with practices focusing on endurance, tactics, strategy, and game play. This group helps prepare athletes who want to challenge themselves and compete at a higher level.

Whether you're brand new to water polo or have been playing for years, there's a place for you with the Stingrays! 💙

What is Water Polo? 🤽‍♀️

Water polo is a fun, fast-paced team sport played in the water. Players swim, pass the ball, work together as a team, and try to score goals while defending their own net.

It's a sport that combines swimming, teamwork, strategy, and skill, all while having fun!

Whether you're new to the sport or already love being in the water, water polo is a great way to build confidence, stay active, and make new friends.

We had such an awesome turnout at our last session, and we’re excited to offer another chance to come try water polo for FREE!

If your child loves being in the water, enjoys team sports, or just wants to try something new, this is the perfect opportunity. Water polo is active, fun, builds confidence, and is a great way to meet new friends!

Open to youth ages 5–18
Just bring a swimsuit (one piece for the girls, no two pieces if possible), towel, and water bottle
