Friday flowers for Mrs. F. A double bill this week. The mid-Summer colours are started to shine now, after a bit of a lull post the early season flush of Lupins and Oriental poppies. The orange lilies are spectacular 😍

Cloudy on my morning walk, but lovely to see a beautiful heron looking for their breakfast and an osprey 😍

Fist time out on the kayak this year. A cloudy but warm afternoon. Beautiful clear water and finished off with an ice cream down the beach, just the ticket 😀

The Optimistic Garden is definitely very purple at this time of year. The brilliant red of the Oriental Poppies are just about to enter centre stage though!
