I’m taking off for the summer this time next month✈️
New Zealand->Australia->Seattle. I’ll be climbing, hiking annnnd being with pals and family♥️.
While I’m beyond stoked for all of this- I sure am going to miss yoga in Guelph. So I’ve put some things in motion to support you all here while I’m gone 😁.
1. I’m teaching workshop on how to build your home practice, link in bio for sign up. I have never been more excited about a workshop I’m offering 😁😁
2. I’ve created an ONLINE STUDIO🎉 it’s live and there is one class up for you all! You can expect 5-10 more classes locked and loaded before I leave 😁 with more to come while I’m away☺️

Some thoughts on the end of a year🤍
The last day of an old year.
A marker of time.
As time passes, I feel love and more deeply. I accept myself and others with greater ease.
A year in review, a look over my shoulder to see what isn’t obvious day by day.
A look back to acknowledge what has quietly taken shape over time.
Yoga contributes to the quiet shapes of my years. Yoga contributes to how I choose to notice the passing of time.
Happy end of the year to all.
