This Saturday we’re hosting a Frenkli Myftari Seminar — so there will be NO regular class in Grand Forks that day. Make sure to come through and train with one of the best!

Regular Weekly Schedule:
• SATURDAYS → Frenkli Myftari Seminar (this week only)

• SUNDAYS → Kickboxing with Coach Justin | 10:00 – 11:00 AM

• TUESDAYS → Muay Thai with Coach Noah | 5:00 – 6:00 PM
