This point in the season can feel different depending on where your swimmer is. Some are tapering for upcoming meets. Some are still in the middle of training. Some are just trying to stay consistent through the summer. Wherever they are, the same reminders still apply. Progress is built in the day-to-day work, not just the big moments. Keep showing up. The work is working.
