Holy sh*t… 10,000 of you.
When I started bodybuilding at 23 years old, I never imagined it would take me here.
I didn’t start because I thought I could make money from it.
I didn’t start because I wanted followers.
I started because I fu***ng loved it.
It was a passion.
And somewhere along the way, people started asking me for help.
So I started learning.
Then I became obsessed with learning.
Over the years, I’ve invested over $50,000 into my educationnutrition, training, physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, osteopathy and everything I could possibly learn to become better at my craft.
Not because I had to.
Because I genuinely wanted to master what I do.
And somehow, that kid who just loved bodybuilding turned his passion into his entire life.
Today, I wake up every morning and get to do what I love.
I’ve helped hundreds of people.
I’ve been part of over 100 successful transformations.
I’m currently 12 days out from my fourth bodybuilding competition in Pittsburgh—the biggest competition of my life.
And now there are 10,000 of you following this journey.
That’s fu***ng crazy to me.
To everyone who’s been here since the beginning, thank you.
To everyone who recently found me, welcome.
I appreciate every single one of you who watches, comments, shares, supports me, trusts me as a coach or simply follows along.
10,000 sounds like a big number.
But I genuinely feel like we’re just getting started.
And if there’s one thing I want you to take from my journey, it’s this:
Just fu***ng start.
You don’t need to know exactly where it’s going to take you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
Start with what you have. Follow what you genuinely care about. Work your ass off. Keep learning. Keep showing up.
Life has a funny way of taking you exactly where you need to be.
And wherever you are right now, appreciate that chapter too.
One day, you’re going to look back at the days you’re living right now and realize how special they actually were.
Be grateful for the journey while you’re still living it.
10,000.
Thank you.
Now let’s see where we can take this.
