Our mission: to help women get stronger, stay consistent, and follow a clear plan that actually works.

Coached training means you’re not left to figure it out alone. It means someone is watching your setup. Helping you choose the right option. Teaching you how to move better. Encouraging you to keep practicing. This is especially important when you’re new or coming back after time away. You don’t need to start with confidence. You build it through support, repetition, and practice.

DM START to learn about the RR Intro Experience.

The RR Intro Experience is our structured starting point for women who want to begin strength training but don’t want to feel thrown into a class. It includes private coaching sessions where we help you learn the basics, understand your starting point, and build confidence before joining small-group training. This is especially helpful if you haven’t strength trained before, feel nervous walking into a gym, are coming back after a long break, want more guidance, or simply want to know what you’re doing before joining a class. You don’t need to know how to lift before starting. We teach you.

There’s a difference between taking a fitness class and being coached through training. A fitness class can give you a workout. Coached training helps you understand what you’re doing, how to move better, and how to build strength over time. At Reina Ray Fitness, our small-group training is structured. That means members don’t just show up to random workouts. They learn movement patterns, practice them, and build confidence through repetition. This month, our members are working through a Push strength cycle — focusing on movements like pressing, setup, control, and progression. You don’t need to know how to lift before you start. That’s what coaching is for.

If you’ve been thinking about strength training but feel nervous walking into a gym, you’re not alone. A lot of women tell us they want to get stronger, but they worry they won’t know what to do, won’t be able to keep up, or will feel out of place.

At Reina Ray Fitness, we don’t expect you to figure it out on your own. We start with coaching, support, and a clear first step through our RR Intro Experience. It’s designed to help you learn the basics, build confidence, and understand how we train before joining small-group classes. You don’t need to be in shape before you start. You start so you can build strength safely and consistently.
